When life hits you hard, you lose it all  and start thinking that nothing is ever going to be OK again! But when that one silver lining cuts through, it brings life back to you. And that silver lining was my sessions with Roula Clerc-Nassar.

I received this email once from Big Sister/Little Sister coordinator telling me that we chose you to go through a 12 life coaching sessions with the trainer Roula Clerc-Nassar. I was like " Am so in, tell me when to start."

Starting Sep 15th at 6:00 PM via skype, our first session had that introductory talk where we brief each other with a little bit about ourselves, "Who am I?" and "What do we expect from our sessions." Roula told me that it was all to help maximize my potential and guide me through life. Knowing that it's all confidential and I am not going to be judged, I needed to be open. I had tasks after every session that needed to be done.To conclude the first one, Roula asked me "What are your objectives & values in life, Walaa?". I had whole 2 weeks to answer that question. Answering it, I felt weird. It hit me that I had never put enough thought into it! I was surprised! Once I brainstormed and got it answered, my future plans became a bit clearer & organized.

Going on with the sessions, Roula provoked the leader in me, tried to unveil all the hopelessness & despair that were shaking in my mind and helped me get over what I can call "the setbacks" that were holding me back from achieving what I wanted.

"Ambition, freedom, diversity, leadership, leave an imprint and much more" were wandering in my mind during every session and I loved that."
